G-03

Compliance and prequalification

The filings that carry a penalty when they are late, and the packets that decide whether you get invited to bid at all.

What this covers

  • Prevailing wage filings. On public work: the Intent to Pay Prevailing Wage before work starts, certified payroll filed on the required cycle, and the Affidavit of Wages Paid at completion. Filed on schedule, with the trade and rate classifications matched to the scope actually performed.
  • Apprenticeship reporting. Utilization tracked and reported where the contract or the awarding agency requires it.
  • Prequalification packets. Built once and kept current: financial statements, bonding capacity letter, experience modification rate, OSHA 300 logs and incident rates, safety program, references, contractor registration and UBI, and the license and insurance exhibits. The next GC questionnaire becomes an hour instead of a week.
  • Insurance and endorsements. Certificates issued against the actual contract language, not a generic template. Additional insured on both ongoing and completed operations, primary and non-contributory wording, and waiver of subrogation where the subcontract requires them, checked form by form.
  • Safety documentation. Site-specific safety plans, job hazard analyses, fall protection work plans, and safety data sheets assembled to the GC's submission requirements.

Prevailing wage rules, filing cycles, and apprenticeship requirements vary by awarding agency and contract. Every filing is confirmed against the governing contract before it goes out.

Pricing

Priced per package, per project. You send the scope, you get a fixed number back before anything starts. No retainer, and no percentage of your contract value.

The work goes out as yours. We are not named in the submittal, we do not contact your GC as ourselves, and we do not hold a relationship with your customer.

Send one package and see what it costs.

Fixed price, quoted before anything starts. Nothing ongoing.
